黄河经济带发展作为国家重要战略,不仅可以有效促进这些省区的经济社会发展,而且可以作为国家一带一路战略的内陆腹地提供强有力的支撑随着我国改革开放的深入和经济社会进一步发展,国家和地方越来越重视重大战略规划对促进地区经济发展的作用。今年是“十三五”规划编制年,中央和各省市政府都在加快编制国家和地方“十三五”规划,十八届五中全会通过了中共中央关于制定“十三五”国民经济和社会发展规划纲要的建议,同时国家在加快推进城镇化、京津冀协调发展、长江经济带和一带一路战略规划
