临床资科 1984年3月至7月我科应用空军总医院药局提供的甘草锌治疗胃十二指肠球部溃疡34例,有一定疗效。病例均经纤维胃镜检查证实为活动性溃疡,其中十二指肠球溃疡22例,胃溃疡9例,复合溃疡3例。甘草锌0.5g,3次/日,饭前服用,治疗4、6周后复查胃镜。治疗前后测定血清胃泌素及胃酸分泌(MAO.BAO)。球溃疡22例治疗4、6周后的愈合率分别为72.7％及95.4％。胃溃疡9例4及6周后愈合率为66％及77％。其中球溃疡的4周愈合率及6周愈合率均优于一般解 痉制酸组(P<0.05)。而与黄芪建中汤及甲氰米胍组无差异(P>0.05)。胃溃疡的4周愈合率亦高于一般解痉制酸组(P<0.05)。治疗前后血清胃泌素及BAO无变化。全部病例均未出现明显副作用。
Clinical Information Section March 1984 to July Division I Air Force General Hospital pharmacy to provide licorice zinc treatment of gastro-duodenal ulcer in 34 cases, have a certain effect. All cases were diagnosed as active ulcer by gastroscopy, including 22 cases of duodenal ulcer, 9 cases of gastric ulcer and 3 cases of complex ulcer. Licorice zinc 0.5g, 3 times / day, taken before meals, treatment 4,6 weeks after the review gastroscopy. Serum gastrin and gastric acid secretion (MAO.BAO) were measured before and after treatment. The healing rate of 22 cases of ulcer after 4 and 6 weeks treatment were 72.7% and 95.4% respectively. Nine cases of gastric ulcer healing rate of 66% and 77% after 4 and 6 weeks. The healing rate of the 4-week ulcer and the healing rate of the 6-week ulcer were better than those of the general antispasmodic acid group (P <0.05). However, there was no difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). 4 weeks healing rate of gastric ulcer is also higher than the general antispasmodic acid group (P <0.05). Serum gastrin and BAO did not change before and after treatment. No significant side effects were observed in all cases.
