现在的中国“好孩子是夸出来的”、“好学生是表扬出来的”观念似乎十分流行,相对于之前中国人信奉的棍棒教育这自然是进步的表现。一些教育工作者,学习和借鉴国外的经验,尝试对学生多给予正面肯定。有进步就表扬,有改善就肯定,实行一段时间,发现收到很好的反馈,学生的学习积极性、个人行为、精神面貌各方面都有改善。这个办法,操作简单收效明显,于是慢慢就形成了“好孩子是夸出来的”、“好学生是表扬出来的”的说法。
At present, the concept of “good boy is praised” and “good boy is praised” seems to be very popular in China. Compared with the stick education taught by the Chinese before, this is naturally a manifestation of progress. Some educators, learn from and learn from foreign experience, try to give positive recognition of students. As progress is acknowledged, there is certainty that improvements will be made.
