我国的物业管理高等教育起步较晚,作为一门正式专业在高职院校设立时间并不长,但是社会需求非常大。从目前情况来看,该专业存在起步较晚、专业理论建设不足、现阶段的人才培养模式存在一定缺陷等问题,这些问题无疑阻碍了物业管理专业的持续的、良性的发展。物业管理专业的高职教育如何适应新形势的发展,培养出符合行业需要的高素质人才是高校和社会面临的重大问题,本文认为“校社合作”的新模式是培养出符合社会需求的物业管理人才的一种有益的尝试,文中将结合温州市某高校的实践案例对校社合作模式进行探讨。
