与目前广泛应用的常规混凝土防渗墙相比,掺入大量粘土和膨润土的塑性混凝土,不仅具有抗渗性能高、弹性模量低(可低于500MPa)、强度随围压增高而增高等优良力学性能,而且其拌和物的和易性好、凝结速度慢,便于施工,成墙质量高。由于水泥用量少(可降至100kg),相应地工程造价也得到了降低。鉴此,近年来已在我国水利工程中的围堰防渗得到了应用。但用作永久性防渗工程,在国内册田水库大坝塑性混凝土防渗墙尚属首例。由于塑性混凝土固有的优良力学性能及水库蓄水运行中对墙体抗渗性、受力状态等方面分析,作为永久性防渗材料是可行的,也是值得推广应用的。
