分析了 TG- DTG曲线原始数据的处理方法对非等温热解动力学参数求算结果的影响 ,讨论了最佳数据点个数、取点范围以及取点的均匀程度 ,提出了用内插法选择数据点进行非等温热解动力学参数求算 .通过用该法对盐酸麻黄碱和依巴斯汀进行非等温热解动力学参数求算及其机理函数判定的结果表明 ,该方法合理可行 .同时 ,对单条 TG曲线得到几个与之相匹配的机理函数的原因进行了探讨 ,通过与多升温速率法相结合得到了唯一的、可靠的热解反应机理函数
The influence of processing method of TG-DTG curve raw data on calculation results of non-isothermal pyrolysis kinetic parameters is analyzed. The number of optimal data points, the range of points taken and the uniformity of points are discussed. Method was used to calculate the kinetic parameters of non-isothermal pyrolysis.By calculating the kinetic parameters of non-isothermal pyrolysis of ephedrine hydrochloride and ebastine by this method and the determination of its mechanism function, The method is reasonable and feasible.At the same time, the reason why several single TG curve got the matching mechanism function was discussed.
