0 Introduction The intrabody technology is a new gene therapy strategy that has been perfected in recent years [1]. Intracellular antibodies have the function of binding to and inactivating tumor cell oncoproteins and inducing apoptosis [2]. No research report on the expression of anti-hepatoma scFv in hepatocellular carcinoma cells was reported. In this study, anti-hepatoma scFv was expressed in hepatoma cells, and the expression of scFv in hepatoma cells was observed.
