The results of earlier studies have suggested that spontaneous chromosomal breaks are not randomly distributed in human chromosomes. Recent studies using banding techniques show that spontaneous and induced rupture can be localized on some chromosomes, and there is a hot spot phenomenon (rupture was regional concentration). Materials and Methods: In this study, 1,084 patients were studied, all subjects were normal karyotype, did not have blood diseases, have not been treated with radiation and cytotoxic drugs.
