历史回顾 我国上市公司职工持股的历史从早期上市的一批上海本地股就开始了。1992年,上海市政府为了规范内部职工持股行为,颁发了《上海市股份有限公司暂行规定》,规定社会募集公司可以设置内部职工股,内部职工持股比例不得超过公众股的20%,上市期限为公众股上市后一年半。1992年初发行认购证的50多家本地股都是按此规定执行的。1993年3月,第一批上市的飞乐音响、爱使、兴业三只股票的内部职工股首先在沪市挂牌交易,拉开了上市公司内部职工股上市流通的序幕。1992年5月,国家体改委发布了《股份有限公司规范意见》,规定社会募集公司职工内部股的认购比例为公众股的10%,并且
