婚假是职工所享受的合法权益之一。《广东省企业职工劳动权益保障规定》(1994年1月18日由省八届人大常委会第六次会议通过)第十六务规定:“职工享有国家规定的节假日、公休假日和探亲、婚丧、计划生育等带薪假期,以及合同约定的其他假期。”《广东省企业职工假期待遇死亡抚恤待遇暂行规定》(粤劳薪[1997]115号)第三条规定:“职工本人结婚,可享受婚假3天,晚婚者(男年满25周岁、女年满23周岁)增加10天。”也即是说职工本人及结婚对象均达到国家有关法律规定的晚婚年龄,可以享受13天的婚假。本条规定同时还规定:“职工结婚双方不在一地工作的,可根据路程远近给予路程假。途
