随着国家对中医药事业的重视,我国中医药事业取得了前所未有的发展,但是也受到了科研人才短缺的局限。近些年,中医药高校、科研机构与企业通过不同形式的组合联合培养中医药科研人才在全国各地兴起,并取得了一定成效,但也存在一些问题。本文通过对3种联合培养模式进行分析论述,提出优化人才联合培养的有效路径。
As the state attaches great importance to the cause of Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine has achieved unprecedented development, but it is also limited by the shortage of scientific research personnel. In recent years, colleges and universities of Chinese medicine, research institutes and enterprises have jointly raised scientific research personnel of traditional Chinese medicine in different parts of the country through various forms of combination and have achieved some success. However, there are also some problems. Through analyzing and discussing the three kinds of co-cultivation mode, this paper puts forward an effective way to optimize co-culture of qualified personnel.
