班级管理是一个班级的核心,如果搞得好学生会在这种好的导向下身心得到健康发展,相反若管理不当或是只流于形式,那么班级学生就如同一盘散沙,没有了核心和凝聚力,带来的负面效果显然可知。从我带的五年制高职文物鉴定与修复(古籍修复方向)班中尝试着做了试点,从学生的专业文化入手,充分利用专业知识来引导学生,始终用专业文化促进班级管理,这样不但能提高学生的专业技能,也让他们每天生活的环境中充满了文化的气息。
