高职院校教师绩效考核有利于提高我国高职院校教师专业水平,是促进高职院校教师专业化的有效管理方法。本文回顾了国内外学者对高职院校教师绩效考核方法的论述与研究,对高职院校教师绩效考核方法进行了综述,进一步分析了各种高职院校绩效考核方法的优缺点,进而指出高职院校教师绩效考核中有待解决的问题。
The evaluation of teachers’ performance in higher vocational colleges is helpful to improve the professional level of teachers in higher vocational colleges in China. It is an effective management method to promote the professionalization of teachers in higher vocational colleges.
