为了探讨运动性低血睾酮的外周机理以及寻求安全有效的消除低血睾酮的中药复方制剂 ,运用了递增负荷游泳训练的大鼠模型 ,使用电镜技术对大鼠睾丸Leydig细胞的超微结构进行了观察 ;同时通过形态计量学方法 ,分析了大鼠睾丸内脂滴的变化情况。结果表明 :长期耐力训练后大鼠睾丸Leydig细胞内脂滴数量下降 ,是引起运动性低血睾酮的原因之一 ;而益气补肾中药具有促进胆固醇转运的作用
In order to explore the peripheral mechanism of exercise-induced low blood testosterone and to seek for a safe and effective Chinese traditional medicine compound preparation for eliminating low blood testosterone, a rat model of progressive load swimming training was used.
