以季戊四醇为核,丙烯酸甲酯和二乙醇胺的加成产物为单体合成了端羟基超支化聚(胺-酯),将其接枝到端—NCO的聚氨酯预聚体上得到了超支化的水性聚氨酯羟基组分。探讨了温度和时间对羟基组分中—NCO含量的影响,采用化学滴定、红外光谱(FT-IR)等方法对产物进行了表征和分析。结果表明:适宜的反应温度为75℃,反应时间为6 h;以DesmodurDN作固化剂可以制得性能良好的漆膜。漆膜附着力可达到1级,耐冲击强度50 cm,铅笔硬度3H,耐水性24 h无变化。
Hydroxyl-terminated hyperbranched poly (amine-ester) was synthesized by the addition of pentaerythritol, methyl acrylate and diethanolamine as monomers, which were grafted onto the terminal-NCO polyurethane prepolymer to obtain hyperbranched Waterborne polyurethane hydroxyl component. The effects of temperature and time on the content of -NCO in hydroxyl groups were discussed. The products were characterized and analyzed by chemical titration and FT-IR. The results showed that the suitable reaction temperature was 75 ℃ and the reaction time was 6 h. The film with good performance was obtained by using DesmodurDN as curing agent. Film adhesion can reach 1, impact resistance 50 cm, pencil hardness 3H, water resistance 24 h no change.
