广州市海珠区菩提路小学少先队结合学校实际,在学校、家庭、社区三地扎实开展“雏鹰争章”体验教育活动。在实践和探索中,他们逐步明确了工作思路和发展方向,使“雏鹰争章”活动从单一的少先队活动,转变为一种与少先队的培养、评估、奖励相结合的素质教育活动,从阶段性活动转变为长期性工作,让素质教育贯穿和作用于全过程,并使之成为少先队工作新的增长点。
