我厂液氯的计量,原来一直采用油压秤,将油压秤安装在有Ω弯管架设的液氯贮槽下面,解决了液氯的计量问题,但由于油压秤内工作液体受昼夜温差的影响,造成测量误差高达10%左右,维修工作量也很大。由于这种原因,我们在七三年十一月份在2#液氯贮槽上试装了一台电子秤,实践证明,用电子秤代替油压秤来计量液氯,解决了温差的影响,並且便于集中管理,最大误差一般在±2%左右,有时可达±1.5%以下。
