培训是企业员工应对VUCA新常态最为有效的手段之一,兼职教师能力水平是影响培训效果的关键要素。中国石化销售企业通过2015年兼职教师技术比武,构建了一套具有销售企业特色的课程开发模式,搭建了一个企业兼职教师学习交流的平台,开发了一批以解决问题为导向的精品面授课程和微课程,打造了一支高水平的兼职教师队伍,对VUCA环境下提升企业兼职教师综合能力进行了探索。本文对2015年销售企业兼职教师技术比武活动进行了提炼总结与分析,对企业兼职教师培养及培训发展具有一定的借鉴意义。
Training is one of the most effective means for employees to deal with the new normal of VUCA. The ability of part-time teachers is a key factor affecting the training effect. Sinopec sales enterprises through part-time teachers in 2015 technical competitions, to build a set of sales enterprise characteristics of the curriculum development model, set up a part-time business teachers exchange learning platform to develop a number of problem-oriented boutique face-to-face courses and Micro-curriculum, to create a high level part-time teachers team, to explore the comprehensive ability of enterprises to enhance part-time teachers in VUCA environment. This article summarizes and analyzes the technical contest activities of part-time teachers in sales enterprises in 2015, which is of certain reference to the training and development of part-time teachers.
