我国中小学名校巨型化倾向明显,“巨型学校”日益增多,超大额班级普遍,名校办分校、教育集团、“高中城”涌现。其不良后果是加剧教育不平等,诱发教育风险,导致教育同质化。出现这种倾向的原因在于片面的教育发展价值观及较粗放的发展模式,教育政策缺乏刚性约束力,教育相关机构育人责任迷失。要警惕我国中小学名校巨型化倾向对基础教育健康发展的威胁,尽快回归教育发展理性:进行教育价值再造,建立伦理相关的动机观和成就观,创新教育质量评价标准和机制,确立教育可持续发展战略,进行教育政策顶层设计、中层创新和底层实践,大力推进教育改革实验。 China’s primary and secondary schools have obvious tendency of giant scale, “giant schools” are increasing day by day, and super-large-scale classes are popular.
