目的:了解资阳市雁江区疾控系统中人员基本情况,评估资阳市雁江区疾控系统的人力资源配置情况。方法:收集疾控基本信息系统中人员基本情况指标,应用Excel对数据进行统计分析。结果:全区疾控机构人员中,平均年龄41.6岁,以35-44岁年龄为主,占51.39%;工作年限20-29年之间的比例最多,占62.52%;学历为大专的比例最高,占47.22%;职称以中、初级为主占76.39%,是县级疾控中心人员的主体;专业以疾病控制为主,占65.28%。结论:年龄结构呈上大下小的倒金字塔型,人才结构不能形成梯队,需重视人才培养,才能保证工作正常运转。
Objective: To understand the basic situation of personnel in Yanjiang District Disease Control System in Ziyang City and to evaluate the human resources allocation of disease control system in Yanjiang District of Ziyang City. Methods: The basic information of disease control system collected the basic situation indicators, the application of Excel statistical analysis of the data.
