教学设计是教学的准备阶段,教学设计是否有效,会直接影响教师的课堂教学质量,且教学设计是否符合学生的身心发展需求,也会直接影响学生的学习态度、习惯、能力和效率等。鉴于此,教师应当充分重视课堂教学设计环节,将此环节的准备工作作为教学的重点内容,教师要善用从教学设计中总结失败、成功的经验,不断提高教学水平。就目前的小学数学课堂教学水平来看,绝大多数教师对教学设计都不重视,且凸显出的问题较多。笔者就此问题进行了详细的分析,找出了阻碍教学质量的因素,进而提出了相对的改善措施,期望对于小学数学教师的教学设计能有所帮助。
Teaching design is the preparatory stage of teaching. Whether the teaching design is effective or not will directly affect the quality of teachers ’classroom teaching and whether the teaching design meets the needs of physical and mental development of students. It will also directly affect students’ learning attitudes, habits, abilities and efficiency. In view of this, teachers should give full attention to the teaching of classroom design, the preparatory work for this session as the focus of teaching, teachers should make good use of the teaching design failure, the successful experience and continuously improve the teaching level. In terms of the current level of mathematics teaching in primary schools, most teachers do not attach importance to instructional design and highlight many problems. I conducted a detailed analysis of this issue, identified the factors that hinder the quality of teaching, and then put forward the relative improvement measures, expectation for primary school mathematics teachers teaching design can be helpful.
