目前,国内很多大吨位铰接式轮胎驱动压路机的制动系,为气推油的半液压式制动。此系统工作可靠、制动效果好,这是一致公认的。但缺点是:结构复杂,如该系统需配置空气压缩机、油水分离器、贮气简、压力控制器、气动阀以及气推油的增压器等;功耗高,一般气泵工作需消耗2.5~4kW的功率;噪声大,如气泵的运行噪音和排气噪音高达85~90dB;制动滞后时间长等。 下面介绍几种利用液压动力源替代气压动力源的实例。
