建筑业是国民经济体系的重要组成部分,是国民经济的支柱产业之一,肩负着城乡基本建设的重任。建筑农民工是建筑业的主要从业人员,承担着建筑施工一线繁重的建设任务。人才是建设的根本,是建筑业发展的有力支撑,因此需要大力发展职业教育,培养大量经过技能培训的高素质劳动者。在建筑业转型升级的过程中,建立有效的建筑业农民工人力资源管理体系,是摆在政府、企业和所有农民工面前的迫切课题。
The construction industry is an important part of the national economy and one of the pillar industries in the national economy. It shoulders the heavy responsibility of capital construction in urban and rural areas. Construction Peasant workers are the main practitioners of the construction industry, undertaking construction tasks heavy construction line. Talent is the foundation of construction and a strong support for the development of the construction industry.
