知识网络是集群创新的源泉,其结构受诸多要素影响而不断发展演化并影响着集群知识的流动效率。以知识获取最大化为准则构建集群知识网络形成、演化的过程模型,并利用仿真技术研究集群知识网络结构的演化特征及其影响要素。研究认为:(1)伴随集群成长,集群组织间的知识流动关系日趋紧密,网络中块状结构出现概率不断增大,组织间的合作程度不断加深,但当其达到一定程度之后,组织间的协作程度下降并开始注重协作质量的提升;(2)集群规模、知识相异性、知识更新速度、知识内生增长速度、学习成本等要素对集群网络结构演化的影响各不相同,集群应采取针对性调控措施以改善集群知识流动效率、同时提高组织间的协作程度和协作质量。
