Treatment of refractory acute non-lymphocytic leukemia (ANLL) with DAE or HAE regimen was performed in 12 patients, CR4 patients, and PR2 patients with a total effective rate of 50%. The average course of treatment and time for CR was 1.25 courses and 34. 6 days.
