一、同质分组,促“弱生”进步案例:体操课——跳山羊。教师进行常规、固定模式的教学:先进行动作的讲解和示范,再将学生按男女分组让学生学习和体验。由于器械高度和远度基本固定、动作评价标准统一,部分“胖墩”和“瘦小个”很难完成动作,导致他们站在一边当起了观众。解决措施:体操教学应尽可能做到同质分组,应将“胖墩”和“瘦小个”单独分组,分别实施练习和指导。将器械高度和远度尽量降低,并做好保护与帮助,重新修改动作的评价标准,让学生尽量去体验完成动
