先锋必(cefopexazome头孢氟哌唑)是第三代高效头孢菌素。白色结晶粉末,易溶于水,水溶液呈微酸性。近年临床上广泛应用于呼吸道、泌尿道、胸腹膜等部位的严重感染。该药可肌注、静注或静滴。在静滴输液过程中,先锋必溶液往往会析出结晶,而阻塞输液管,使输液滴速减慢甚至停滴。须经处理,排出结晶物,更换部位,再行穿刺或改用其它给药途径,给病者带来痛苦和不安,影响治疗。我们经过临床观察,发现先锋必溶液析出结晶与下列诸因素有关: 1)先锋必溶液浓度超过0.6％就易析出结晶,故以0.4％溶液浓度静滴为宜。 2)据报道本品在37℃中性缓冲液中不稳
