用低He Ne激光照射玉米 (ZeamaysL .)干种子。结果表明 ,玉米幼苗中可溶性蛋白和核酸含量增高 ,SDS PAGE谱带数目增加 ,3H Leu标记的可溶性蛋白放射活性增加。从而说明 ,He Ne激光辐射能促进玉米幼苗可溶性蛋白的合成。
Dry seeds of corn (Zeamays L.) were irradiated with low He Ne laser. The results showed that the content of soluble protein and nucleic acid in maize seedlings increased, the number of SDS-PAGE bands increased, and the radioactivity of 3H-Leu-labeled soluble protein increased. Thus, He Ne laser irradiation can promote the synthesis of soluble protein in maize seedlings.
