由于学生都是具有独立意义的个性,学生之间存在着个体差异。因而,学生学习成绩也存在差异,出现了所谓的优秀生、中等生,学困生。剖析传统的教学方法,面对一个班的几十个学生,教师往往使用同一种方法,同一把尺子衡量、要求学生,而教师的教学要求往往定位在中等生身上,这样就使优秀生吃不饱,学困生消化不了。因此,只有遵循因材施教的原则,针对学生的不同情况,进行分层教学,才能真正做到面向全体,让全体学生都得到发展。
