LED作为照明光源具有亮度高、寿命长、性能稳定、节省能源等优点,将被广泛地用于现代照明系统;同时LED还具有高灵敏度和线性调制特性,因此LED在兼顾照明的同时还可以用于信号的传输。PIN光电二极管作为光接收器件,具有较好的光电转换线度、低工作电压、较快的响应速度。但是在实际的通信系统中它们之间存在着频率响应不统一问题,它们有各自的响应频率。本文选取了目前市场上常见的LED和PIN管作为研究对象,通过实验分析得出,在可见光通信系统中它们各自的响应频率为100KHZ和100HZ。

However, in practical communication systems, there is a problem of inconsistent frequency response between them, and each has its own response frequency. In this paper, the LED and PIN tubes commonly used in the market are selected as the research object. The experimental results show that their respective response frequencies are 100KHz and 100Hz in the visible light communication system.
