目的探讨和分析个体化延续护理对改善高血压患者生存质量的效果。方法选取2014年2月至2016年2月期间在我院接受临床治疗的60例高血压患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,每组分别有30例患者,对两组患者均进行常规治疗,并对对照组患者进行常规护理,对研究组患者进行常规护理加个体化延续护理,分析两组患者的效果。结果研究组患者的生理机能评分、精力评分、精神评分、情感评分、健康评分、躯体疼痛评分、生理职能评分、社会功能评分等生存质量评分分别为(83.79±2.08)分、(66.74±1.21)分、(76.67±2.41)分、(80.89±1.72)分、(64.52±1.16)分、(71.24±1.52)分、(63.68±1.95)分、(86.35±2.02)分,与对照组患者的(75.93±4.42)分、(59.03±2.63)分、(67.92±3.56)分、(68.42±2.67)分、(52.03±2.73)分、(68.93±2.73)分、(61.03±2.74)分、(78.36±3.83)分相比较,组间差异明显(P<0.05)。结论对高血压患者实施个体化延续护理可明显提高患者的生存质量。
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of individualized continuous nursing on improving the quality of life in hypertensive patients. Methods Sixty hypertensive patients undergoing clinical treatment in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2016 were selected as subjects and divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 30 patients in each group. The patients in both groups All patients underwent routine treatment. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing care. Patients in the study group were treated with routine nursing and individualized continuous nursing care. The effects of two groups of patients were analyzed. Results The quality of life scores in the study group were (83.79 ± 2.08) points, (66.74 ± 1.21) points, mental scores, mental scores, emotional scores, health scores, physical pain scores, physical function scores and social function scores, (76.67 ± 2.41) points, (80.89 ± 1.72) points, (64.52 ± 1.16) points, (71.24 ± 1.52) points, (63.68 ± 1.95) points and (86.35 ± 2.02) points respectively. Compared with the control group 75.93 ± 4.42, 59.03 ± 2.63, 67.92 ± 3.56, 68.42 ± 2.67, (52.03 ± 2.73), (68.93 ± 2.73), (61.03 ± 2.74), (78.36) ± 3.83) points, the difference between groups was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Individualized continuous nursing care for hypertensive patients can significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
