病例摘要韦××,男,50岁,干部,住院号120019。1977年4月7日入院。患者因患慢性支气管炎,4月2日从一条8斤重的草鱼取胆蒸白糖内服。服后约2~3小时,感全身不适,恶心,呕吐,吐出胃内容物,全腹痛,腹泻,次日出现尿少及皮肤巩膜发黄,且逐日加深。当地医院诊为鱼胆中毒,每天输液2000~3000毫升,并给维生素、激素及对症治疗。五天后因病情恶化转来本院。患者1964年曾患病毒性黄疸型肝炎,经治疗好转,1971年开始患慢性支气管炎。检查:体温37℃,脉搏96次/分,呼吸24次/分,血压120/60毫米汞柱;神清,重病容,皮肤巩膜深度黄染,浅表淋巴结不大,头颈
