目的评价日产4000吨熟料生产线职业病危害控制效果。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、检测检验、实验室分析等方法,评价该项目职业病危害程度和防护措施的效果。结果职业病危害因素检测结果表明,矽尘、煤尘、其它尘、化学毒物浓度均符合职业接触限值的要求,高温结果符合WBGT限值要求;石灰石尘浓度检测结果合格率为91.7%,水泥尘浓度检测结果合格率为62.5%,噪声检测结果合格率为86.7%。结论本项目职业病危害防护措施、设施不完善,需加强粉尘和噪声控制,定期对接触职业病危害的工人进行职业健康检查。
Objective To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards on the 4,000-tonne clinker production line. Methods Occupational health field survey, testing, laboratory analysis and other methods to evaluate the degree of occupational hazards in the project and the effect of protective measures. Results The test results of occupational hazards showed that the concentrations of silica dust, coal dust, other dusts and chemical poisons met the occupational exposure limits. The results of high temperature met WBGT limits. The pass rate of limestone dust concentration test was 91.7% The pass rate of the concentration test result is 62.5% and the pass rate of the noise test result is 86.7%. Conclusion The occupational hazards prevention measures and facilities in this project are not perfect. Dust and noise control should be strengthened. Occupational health examination should be carried out on a regular basis to workers exposed to occupational hazards.
