在宁夏农牧交错区通过L18(6×36)正交设计进行人工草地建植试验,目的是筛选出该地区草地建植的最优组合,并分析正交设计的可靠性。结果表明:正交设计得到牧草适应性的最优组合为紫花苜蓿(Medirago sativa)+有机肥36 t·hm-2+NPK中肥配比(N165 kg·hm-2+P135 kg·hm-2+K135 kg·hm-2)+苦豆子(Sophora alopecuroides)秸秆废渣10 t·hm-2,这与适应性最强的处理12基本一致,各因素中品种与有机肥对适应性的影响程度较大,NPK与植物废渣的影响程度较小;产量的最优组合为草木樨(Melilotus suaveolens L.)+有机肥36 t·hm-2+NPK中肥配比(N165 kg·hm-2+P135kg·hm-2+K135 kg·hm-2)+苦豆子秸秆废渣10t·hm-2,这与处理15完全一致,各因素中品种和NPK对株高和产量的影响程度较大,植物废渣的影响程度较小;同时证明用正交设计方法进行草地建植是可靠的。
The experiment of artificial grassland establishment in Lixian (6 × 36) orthogonal design was carried out in Ningxia farming-pastoral area. The purpose was to screen out the optimal combination of grassland construction in this area and analyze the reliability of orthogonal design. The results showed that the optimum combination of orthogonal design for forage adaptability was the ratio of medium-fertilizer (N165 kg · hm-2 + P135 kg · hm-2) of Medicago sativa + organic fertilizer 36 t · hm -2 + NPK + K135 kg · hm-2) and 10 t · hm-2 of Sophora alopecuroides straw residue, which is basically consistent with the most adaptable treatment 12, among which, the influence of varieties and organic manures on adaptability NPK and plant residue were less affected. The optimal combination of yield was Melilotus suaveolens L. + organic fertilizer 36 t · hm-2 + NPK medium fertilizer ratio (N165 kg · hm-2 + P135kg · Hm-2 + K135 kg · hm-2) + bitter bean straw residue 10t · hm-2, which is completely consistent with the treatment 15, the factors and NPK varieties have a greater impact on plant height and yield, plant waste The degree of impact is small; At the same time, it is proved that grassland construction by orthogonal design method is reliable.
