由于单纯性肥胖大多因为营养过量,活动太少,热量入超所致,因而控制饮食是防治肥胖的主要手段,一般饮食控制的要点为: 1.减少热量供应,造成热量供求之间的负平衡。逐步将所摄入热量降低至其正常需要的60~70%,在医生的严密监督下,极度肥胖者可一开始采用降低热量饮食。正常减肥速度一般是一个月内体重减轻2~3公斤。消瘦太快,则会引起生理上的不良反应。
