目的 研究芪加合剂对荷瘤 (Lewis肺癌 )小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 检测脾细胞产生IgM、血清中IgG含量和鼠腹腔巨噬细胞产生肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF) ,以及鼠外周血象的测定。结果 芪加合剂 (13 75~ 2 7 5 g·kg-1)可使荷瘤小鼠低下的IgM、血清中IgG含量恢复至接近正常水平 ,可促进荷瘤小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞产生TNF ;还可使荷瘤小鼠低下的红细胞数、血红蛋白量、白细胞数和血小板数等血常规指标恢复至接近正常水平。结论 芪加合剂抑制肿瘤作用可能与其提高荷瘤小鼠的免疫功能有关。
Objective To study the effect of Qijia Mixture on immune function in mice bearing Lewis lung cancer. Methods The spleen cells produced IgM, serum IgG levels, and tumor necrosis factor (TNF) produced by murine peritoneal macrophages, as well as the determination of peripheral blood in mice. RESULTS: Addition of technetium mixture (13 75 - 275 g·kg -1) could restore IgM and serum IgG in the tumor-bearing mice to nearly normal levels, and promote TNF production in tumor-bearing mice peritoneal macrophages. It can also restore blood routine indicators such as low red blood cell count, hemoglobin, white blood cell count, and platelet count in tumor-bearing mice to near normal levels. Conclusion The effect of Qijia Mixture in inhibiting tumor may be related to improving the immune function of tumor-bearing mice.
