随着新检查技术与治疗方法的进步,一些熟知的高度近视黄斑病变如黄斑新生血管膜与黄斑裂孔视网膜脱离的治疗方法有了进一步发展;更重要的是新技术帮助我们发现了一些过去不曾认识的病变,如无黄斑裂孔的后极视网膜脱离及黄斑劈裂。丰富了我们对高度近视黄斑疾病的认识,提高了治疗这些病变的能力。
With the progress of new examination techniques and treatment methods, some well-known treatments for macular myopia such as macular neovascular membrane and macular hole retinal detachment have been further developed; more importantly, the new technology has helped us to find out some methods that have not been recognized in the past Of the lesion, such as posterior pole retinal detachment without macular hole and macula splitting. Enriched our understanding of high myopia and macular degeneration, and improved our ability to treat these conditions.
