测定了 Ni-Cr 系,Ni-Cr-Al-Ti 系和 Ni-Cr-Al-Ti-Ce 系合金在900℃纯 Na_2SO_4和75%Na_2SO_4~25%NaCl 混合盐中的热腐蚀重量变化。结果表明 Ni-Cr 系合金在混合盐中的热腐蚀比在纯 Na_2SO_4中剧烈得多。Ni-Cr 系中加入 Ti 和 Al 可明显提高在混合盐中的热腐蚀抗力。合金中加入 Ce 对抗 Na_2SO_4的热腐蚀有明显作用,而对抗混合盐的热腐蚀作用不明显。
The weight change of hot corrosion of Ni-Cr, Ni-Cr-Al-Ti and Ni-Cr-Al-Ti-Ce alloys in 900 ℃ pure Na_2SO_4 and 75% Na_2SO_4 ~ 25% The results show that the hot corrosion of Ni-Cr alloys in mixed salt is much more severe than that of pure Na_2SO_4. The addition of Ti and Al to the Ni-Cr system significantly improves the hot corrosion resistance in the mixed salt. The addition of Ce to the alloy has a significant effect on the thermal corrosion of Na_2SO_4, but the corrosion resistance of the mixed salt is not obvious.
