研究了氮化工艺对38CrMoAlA和30Cr3WA钢接触疲劳性能的影响。结果表明,随着氮化时间的增加,氮化层深度和接触疲劳性能大致呈抛物线增加;在相同氮化时间下,38CrMoAlA钢的渗层深度和接触疲劳性能高于30Cr3WA钢。
The effects of nitriding on the contact fatigue properties of 38CrMoAlA and 30Cr3WA steels were studied. The results show that with the increase of nitriding time, the depth of nitrided layer and the contact fatigue properties increase roughly parabolically. The penetration depth and contact fatigue properties of 38CrMoAlA steel are higher than those of 30Cr3WA steel under the same nitriding time.
