目的:建立马齿苋中总酚酸的含量测定方法。方法:利用紫外可见分光光度法测定马齿苋中总酚酸的含量。结果:本实验建立了总酚酸的标准曲线,分别以阿魏酸和对香豆酸为指标,测得马齿苋中总酚酸平均含量分别为1.36%、9.11%,RSD=1.60%(n=6)。结论:建立了马齿苋中总酚酸含量测定方法,该法简单、快捷,重现性好,可用于马齿苋的质量控制和定量分析。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of total phenolic acids in purslane. Methods: The content of total phenolic acids in purslane was determined by UV-Vis spectrophotometry. Results: The standard curve of total phenolic acids was established in this experiment. The average contents of total phenolic acids in purslane were 1.36%, 9.11% and 1.60% (RSD = 1.60% n = 6). Conclusion: The method for determination of total phenolic acids in purslane was established. The method is simple, rapid and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control and quantitative analysis of purslane.
