目的掌握新疆乌鲁木齐市高新区(新市区)个体医疗机构消毒效果现状,找出提高个体医疗机构消毒效果的着手点。方法依据《医院消毒卫生标准》(GB15982-1995)及《卫生部消毒技术规范医院消毒技术规范分册》的要求,2007—2012年乌鲁木齐市高新区(新市区)疾病预防控制中心对辖区内个体医疗机构进行了连续6年定期采样监测。结果乌鲁木齐市高新区(新市区)个体医疗机构,不同年度物体表面菌落总数合格率差异无统计学意义(χ2=10.06,P>0.05);操作人员手菌落总数、紫外线强度、高压锅灭菌效果合格率差异有统计学意义(χ2=40.24,12.15,15.18,P<0.05);物体表面菌落总数平均合格率为67.0%,操作人员手菌落总数平均合格率为57.0%,环境空气菌落总数平均合格率为1.4%,紫外线强度平均合格率为90.0%,高压锅灭菌效果平均合格率为91.0%,物体表面大肠菌群平均合格率为95.0%,消毒液染菌量合格率为84.0%,各个监测项目合格率差异有统计学意义(χ2=1 096.18,P<0.05);6年标化率分别为60.0%、57.0%、49.0%、43.0%、60.0%、61.0%,前三项6年标化率分别为39.0%、36.0%、40.0%、34.0%、50.0%、48.0%,个体医疗机构年度整体标化合格率,无论全项还是前三项差异都有统计学意义(全项:χ2=380.4,P<0.05;前三项:χ2=181.08,P<0.05)。结论乌鲁木齐市高新区(新市区)个体医疗机构合格率较高的监测项目有紫外线强度、高压锅灭菌效果、消毒液染菌量、物体表面大肠菌群,合格率较低的有物体表面菌落总数、操作人员手菌落总数,合格率极低的为环境空气菌落总数;各年度合格率不同,可认为有先降后升的变化,建议在今后的工作中要加强对个体医疗机构的监测和管理。
Objective To master the current situation of the disinfection effect of individual medical institutions in Urumqi High-tech Zone (New Urban Area) in Xinjiang, and find out the starting point of improving the disinfection effect of individual medical institutions. Methods Based on the requirements of “Hospital Disinfection Health Standard” (GB15982-1995) and “Disinfection Technical Specification of the Ministry of Health, the Disinfection Technical Specification Volume”, 2007-2009, Urumqi High-tech Zone (New District) Center for Disease Control and Prevention Medical institutions conducted a continuous six-year sampling and monitoring. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the total number of colony on the surface of the individual medical institutions in Urumqi High-tech Zone (χ2 = 10.06, P> 0.05). The total number of hand colonies, UV intensity and autoclave sterilization (Χ2 = 40.24,12.15,15.18, P <0.05). The average passing rate of the total number of colonies on the surface of the object was 67.0%, and the average passing rate of the hand of the operating staff was 57.0%. The total number of ambient air colonies was on average The average passing rate of UV-ray intensity was 90.0%, the average pass rate of autoclave sterilization was 91.0%, the average pass rate of coliform bacteria on the surface of the object was 95.0%, and the passing rate of disinfectant inoculation was 84.0% The standardization rate of the project was statistically significant (χ2 = 1 096.18, P <0.05). The standardization rates of 6 years were 60.0%, 57.0%, 49.0%, 43.0%, 60.0% and 61.0% The overall standardization rate of individual medical institutions was 39.0%, 36.0%, 40.0%, 34.0%, 50.0% and 48.0% respectively in the whole year and the first three kinds of differences were statistically significant (all items: χ2 = 380.4, P <0.05; first three terms: χ2 = 181.08, P <0.05). Conclusion Urumqi high-tech zone (new urban area) individual medical institutions with high pass rate of the monitoring project UV intensity, autoclave sterilization effect, disinfectant staining bacteria, the colony on the surface of the object, with a lower pass rate of the surface colony The total number of operator hand colonies, with a very low pass rate for the total number of ambient air colonies; different pass rates in each year can be considered to change first and then increase, it is recommended in the future work to strengthen the monitoring of individual medical institutions and management.
