对拱形围带连接的叶片组利用模态综合方法进行了振动特性分析,并采用脉冲激励等方法对叶片组作了实际测试。分析中考虑了自由界面部件高阶截断模态的影响,而且以对接界面位移耦合叶片各部件及拱形围带。本文的工作为汽轮机拱形围带长叶片结构提供了一种有效的振动特性分析方法。
Vane characteristics of the blade group connected with arcuate shrouds were analyzed by modal synthesis method and the blade group was tested by pulse excitation and other methods. The influence of the high-order truncated modes of free interface components is considered in the analysis, and the components of the blades and the arcuate shroud are coupled with the displacement of the interface. The work in this paper provides an effective method to analyze the vibration characteristics of steam turbine arcuate long-blade structure.
