国民军与苏联建立并发展军政关系，都有其实用主义目的。苏联所做的一切不尽是无私的无产阶级国际主义的表现；而国民军的所为也不完全是在国共两党帮助下的“进步”标志及结果。
Both the KMT and the Soviet Union have their own pragmatic purpose of establishing and developing military and government relations. All that the Soviet Union has done is not the manifestation of selfless proletarian internationalism; nor is the conduct of the National Army an “improvement” sign and result with the help of the two parties.
