习惯,就是在某种时间、某个地方、某种条件下自然而然地表现出来的一种比较定型的动作和行为。每个人都有自己多方面的习惯,如生活习惯、学习习惯、文明习惯、工作习惯、交往习惯等等。习惯有良好习惯与不良习惯之分,良好的习惯是一个人心理素质良好的重要表现,是形成良好个性品质的重要基础。小学阶段良好行为习惯的教育培养对于人的一生是致关重要的。我国著名青少年教育家孙云晓先生曾总结说:“好习惯对儿童来说是命运的主宰,是成功的轨道,是终身的财富,是人生的格调”。
