通过实际浇注试验,研究了EPS-V法浇注时液体金属的流动规律和充填特点;利用传感器测量出浇注过程中铸型内负压度的变化规律及其影响因素;对不同形式的浇注系统进行了比较试验。实验结果有助于深入认识金属-铸型-泡沫塑料模的相互作用规律和铸件的成形原理,为正确地制定EPS-V法铸造工艺建立可靠的实验依据。
Through the actual pouring test, the law of liquid metal flow and the filling characteristics of EPS-V casting method were studied. The variation law of the negative pressure inside the casting mold and its influencing factors were measured by the sensor. Different types of pouring system A comparative test. The experimental results are helpful to understand deeply the rule of metal-mold-foam mold interaction and forming principle of castings, and establish a reliable experimental basis for the correct formulation of EPS-V casting process.
