事业的成功非智力因素起的作用。有时甚至大大超过了自身的智力因素,非智力因素的优劣,直接关系到人们学习与多项活动的效率、价值和成功。良好的非智力因素能强化学习动机,促进和影响智力因素的发展,智力因素的成果中往往蕴含着非智力因素的作用。因此,在实验教学中,除了智力和知识外,还要培养学生的非智力因素,如兴趣、情感、意志、良好习惯等,让学生在实验教学中全面发展,以至达到提高全面素质的要求。下面我谈谈在实验教学中培养学生的非智力因素的一点粗浅认识。一、重视实验演示,激发学习兴趣
