目的探讨绩效管理措施对医院合理使用抗菌药物管理控制院内耐药菌感染的效果。方法在抗菌药物使用管理中实施绩效管理措施,制定绩效考核标准,加强监管和教育,对耐药流行菌趋势分析,指导临床合理用药。结果应用绩效管理措施后,抗菌药物使用率由59.01%下降为43.00%,院内感染率由9.00%下降为4.40%。流行菌中的耐药菌株比例明显降低。结论应用绩效管理措施可以加强医院抗菌药物管理,控制医院耐药菌流行和提高医院感染管理科学水平。
Objective To explore the effect of performance management measures on hospital rational use of antibacterials to control in-hospital drug-resistant bacterial infections. Methods Implement performance management measures in antibacterial drug use management, formulate performance appraisal standards, strengthen supervision and education, analyze trend of drug-resistant epidemic bacteria, and guide clinical rational drug use. Results After applying performance management measures, the antimicrobial use rate decreased from 59.01% to 43.00%, and the nosocomial infection rate decreased from 9.00% to 4.40%. The proportion of drug-resistant strains in the epidemic was significantly lower. Conclusion The application of performance management measures can strengthen the management of antimicrobial drugs in hospitals, control the prevalence of drug-resistant bacteria in hospitals and improve the scientific level of hospital infection management.
