目的 分析采用低机械指数连续实时成像技术时肝细胞性肝癌 (HCC)超声造影的增强模式。方法 6 8例 HCC患者共 72个病灶接受了超声造影检查。采用对比脉冲序列 (CPS)成像技术 ,造影剂为 Sono Vue。结果 静脉注射 Sono Vue后 ,全部病灶均可见强化 ,绝大多数病灶 (70 /72 ,97.2 % )增强早于肝实质及门静脉 ;增强形态主要为均匀或不均匀增强 ;增强程度在动脉期高于肝实质 ,门静脉期和肝窦期则低于肝实质 ;动脉期 30 .6 % (2 2 /72 )的病灶可见包膜强化。结论 HCC在各时相的增强模式具有特征性 ,采用 CPS技术及造影剂 Sono Vue能实时连续地描述 HCC的增强特点。
Objective To analyze the enhanced mode of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) using continuous real-time imaging with low mechanical index. Methods Totally 72 lesions of 8 HCC patients underwent contrast-enhanced ultrasound. Contrast pulse sequence (CPS) imaging was used with contrast agent Sono Vue. Results After Sono Vue was administered intravenously, all the lesions were enhanced. The majority of lesions (70/72, 97.2%) were earlier than the parenchyma and portal vein. The enhancement morphology was mainly uniform or non-uniform enhancement. In the arterial phase, Liver parenchyma, portal vein and hepatic sinusoid were lower than the parenchyma; arterial phase 30.6% (2/72) of the lesions visible enhancement of the capsule. Conclusions The mode of enhancement of HCC in each phase is characteristic. The CPS technique and contrast agent Sono Vue can describe the enhanced features of HCC in real time.
