“师带徒”的基本任务是师父向徒弟传授高超的岗位技能和良好的思想作风,通过“传帮带”培养出一批批企业需要的高技能人才队伍。在当前的市场经济形势下,高技能人才的引进和培养已经成为制约企业发展的关键因素。随着市场竞争日益激烈,国有油气田企业的人才越来越紧缺,而受体制和机制限制,从社会引进高素质人才基本不太可能,因而“师带徒”活动作为培养高技能人才、满足油气田企业日益增长的人才需求是切实可行的有效途径。
