为探讨精浆微量元素Zn含量与超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的相关性,采用电位溶出法和放射免疫分析法(RIA),分别对32例男性正常生育者和130例男性不育症患者的精浆微量元素Zn含量和SOD活性进行检测。结果显示,不育组患者精浆微量元素Zn含量及SOD活性与正常生育组相比显著降低(P<0.01);精浆SOD活性随着微量元素Zn含量的降低而降低,两者呈正相关(P<0.01)。提示精浆缺乏Zn时,可导致体内氧自由基产生增加,使精浆SOD活性降低。
In order to investigate the correlation between the content of Zn in the seminal plasma and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), 32 cases of male normal birth and 130 cases of male infertility were studied by potentiometric stripping and radioimmunoassay (RIA) Patients’ seminal plasma Zn content and SOD activity were tested. The results showed that the content of Zn in serum and the activity of SOD in seminal plasma of infertile group were significantly lower than those in normal fertility group (P <0.01). The activity of SOD in seminal plasma was decreased with the decrease of trace element Zn, Related (P <0.01). Tip lack of seminal plasma Zn, can lead to increased production of oxygen free radicals, the seminal plasma SOD activity decreased.
